Acceptance of Terms & Age Restriction By accessing or using the services provided by Drive 2 U Auto Spa LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website at https://www.drive2uautospa.com/ and our SMS text messaging services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Eligibility: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use our services and opt-in to our SMS program. By agreeing to these terms, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

2. SMS Text Messaging Program When you opt-in to our SMS program, you agree to the following terms regarding text communications:

  • Program Description & Use Cases: Drive 2 U Auto Spa LLC sends text messages to opted-in users for service-related communications. This includes automated appointment reminders, quotes, service updates (such as technician arrival times), and responses to your direct customer service inquiries. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with us.

  • Pricing & Message Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details regarding your specific text messaging and data plan.

  • Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time. To unsubscribe, simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you explicitly opt back in.

  • Support & Help: If you need assistance or experience issues with our text messaging program, reply HELP to any text message you receive from us, or email our support team at D2uauto@pm.me.

  • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Drive 2 U Auto Spa LLC is also not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to mobile network issues.

3. Use of Services Our auto spa services are provided "as is." You agree to provide accurate vehicle, condition, and location information when booking appointments. We reserve the right to refuse service, adjust pricing for undisclosed excessive dirt/pet hair, or cancel appointments at our discretion.

4. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Drive 2 U Auto Spa LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, website, or SMS program.

5. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
